Our Commitment to Inclusive and Responsible Growth

"Our commitment to women is a core part of a broader approach to inclusion, responsibility, and long-term value creation."

It is intentionally built into how we produce, source, and operate; supporting people, partnerships, and communities across our ecosystem.

At Kinora Studio, our commitment to women is not positioned as a campaign or a side initiative.
It exists within a broader belief in inclusive collaboration; where talent, skill, and contribution are valued across all genders, generations, and backgrounds.

Our approach is intentionally built into how we produce, source, and operate as a company, shaping long-term partnerships, responsible growth, and meaningful community impact.

Women in Production: Where Our Story Begins

Kinora Studio works with women artisans in Turkey who generate income through handmade textile and accessory production.

As part of our broader production approach, Kinora Studio integrates handmade production through carefully selected artisan groups and established local craftsmanship practices.

Within this structure, women develop and produce bags, hand-knit garments, accessories and other textile-based products using skill, experience and craftsmanship.

Handmade production is approached as a professional and adaptable component of our manufacturing model, supporting sustainable income opportunities, flexible working structures and long-term collaboration.

Depending on project scope and requirements, production can be organized from single custom pieces to larger-scale programs, while maintaining consistent care, coordination and quality standards at every stage.

Women in Our Supply Chain: Intentional and Inclusive Partnerships

Our commitment to women extends beyond handmade production into our broader supply chain.

Kinora Studio works with a diverse network of production partners across different regions and capabilities. Within this structure, we consciously seek to create space for women-owned and women-led businesses alongside other experienced production partners, based on project needs and operational fit.

By encouraging inclusive collaboration, we aim to support women’s participation not only at production level, but also within management, coordination and decision-making roles across the textile ecosystem.

This approach is grounded in balance rather than exclusivity — combining inclusivity, flexibility and professional standards to build resilient and responsible supply chains.

Women in Our Communities: A Developing and Structured Approach

While women remain a central focus of our social and production efforts, our commitment extends to supporting inclusive opportunities for people of all genders, young talent, and individuals in need; through employment access, skill development, and responsible partnerships.

Kinora Studio’s responsibility extends beyond production and sourcing.

In the United States, we are developing a structured approach to community support, with a focus on initiatives that benefit women in need, including employment access, skill development and essential support.

As part of this approach, Kinora Studio plans to allocate a portion of its future net profits to selected programs aligned with these values, based on company growth and operational scale.

To support transparency and consistency, this contribution model is being designed as a documented internal framework, which will be formalized as the company matures.

This evolving structure is intended to ensure that our community support is:

  • Planned rather than occasional

  • Measurable rather than symbolic

  • Sustainable and scalable over time

Transparency, Documentation and Ongoing Development

Kinora Studio’s commitment to women is built on transparency and accountability, with systems designed to evolve responsibly as the company grows.

As part of this approach, we are developing internal frameworks to document and review our production practices, supply chain decisions and community-focused initiatives over time.
These structures are designed to support consistency, traceability and long-term impact as our operations expand.

In parallel, Kinora Studio is preparing for formal certification and third-party validation aligned with women-owned business and supplier diversity frameworks.
Relevant registrations and certifications are being planned and will be shared as they are completed.

Our commitment to women is part of a broader belief in inclusive collaboration, where talent, skill and contribution are valued across all genders.

A Commitment Built for the Long Term

Kinora Studio’s commitment is designed to grow — thoughtfully, responsibly, and through inclusive collaboration.

We believe that meaningful impact is not created in isolation, but through shared values and long-term partnerships. Our approach is built around working with distributors, sourcing partners, organizations, and clients who care not only about results, but also about how those results are achieved.

While supporting women remains a core pillar of our values, our commitment extends to all genders, young professionals, local communities, and those in need across our production ecosystem.

We focus on strengthening existing structures and relationships, ensuring that responsibility, inclusion, and transparency support long-term, sustainable business growth for everyone involved.

We work in close alignment with distributors and sourcing partners, respecting established business models and reinforcing them through reliable, long-term, and responsible collaboration.

Our goal is not to disrupt existing partnerships, but to grow together within them.
